The registration forms are available by calling into St Luke's Pre-school in person to collect them. They are available via email as well but we prefer to meet our prospective parents face to face. It also gives you a chance to see the setting and maybe ask any questions you may have when you collect the form.
You can call into pre-school between 9.30am and 11.30am any morning except Thursday as we are not in session on that day.
